This happens especially when one conduct such activities under the instructions of a trained sport expert who got experience on what benefits one get after training a particular body part, moreover physical activities aids in enhancing body metabolism system which burn fats and cholesterol in bodies making our bodies to be physically fit and healthy. Physical Education has so far being introduced to many schools as either a compulsory or an optional subject. Most schools in the entire globe have got physical education classes either at an advanced level or at basic level. Such programs are designed at the ministry level and curriculamme is distributed to teaching institutions and administered by professional teachers who took specialty in similar courses during their training.

Over the past few decades, physical education has become increasingly important to our lives. However, there remains some disagreement as to whether the physical classes are optional or compulsory. While there are certainly valid arguments to the contrary, I personally believe that physical education lessons should become a required part in university program because of its two obvious benefits. First of all, it is an indisputable fact that physical activities may help students build character and develop personality. For example, participating in football team not only offers students a sense of belonging to a certain group but also develops their own talents.

These people as a result of unhealthy dietary habits, meaning eating more calories than what is burned off, and by not following a routinely exercise plan they face many medical complications. However, with the education of our children through classes like Physical Education, we can promote to them the importance of eating healthy and exercising routinely to stay fit and free from preventable diseases. PE has both its pros and cons, some pros consists of healthy brain development and increase attention spans in class.
